# Tailwind Weekly #233: StyleX, SVG fundamentals, and caching guide 🤓

Hello folks!

A couple of new shadcn components and a `wind` update this week. You've got Flavio Copes walking through StyleX, Josh Comeau on SVG basics, and Jono Alderson's full guide to HTTP caching.

[fluttersdk/wind ](https://github.com/fluttersdk/wind/releases?ref=tailwindweekly.com)releases 2 new releases

`wind`, the Tailwind-style utilities for Flutter from #231, shipped two releases. 1.7.0 adds `contrastRatio` and `contrastForeground`, so you can pick readable text on top of a color your user chooses. 1.8.0 is a performance pass: hover-only `WDiv`s drop their focus node and stop being Tab stops, `WDiv` skips the `Container` wrapper, and keyboard animations no longer rebuild every styled widget. There's a new `WAnchor.trackFocus` flag too.

- [**@coss**](https://coss.com/ui/particles?ref=tailwindweekly.com) (Origin UI): two new particles, `p-select-24`, a color-palette Select with three-color swatches, and `p-radio-group-10`, palette radio cards in a four-column grid.
- [**@animateicons**](https://animateicons.in/?ref=tailwindweekly.com): 1,100+ animated Lucide and Huge icons for React after a big batch of additions, and it's now listed in the official shadcn directory. Each icon installs as one editable file.
