📚Article of the week

How to Use Tailwind With Django

For the folks at python land, this is a great article on how to get started with Tailwind on Django, the post offers 3 options, including a manual install plus some notes on more complicated setups.

💅Showcase of the week

CEnterprise Kubernetes Platform & Cloud Native Management | D2iQ

This week’s showcase sure looks sharp! The small animations really make it come alive, it looks like they took great care on the animations’ timing, they all feel very smooth. To top it off they even have the old Stripe’s floating menu, which looks awesome.

For the curious, here’s D2iQ description:

D2iQ offers DevOps teams cloud-native application management software, services, and training, making day 2 operations more manageable than ever before.

🎁Resource of the week

Here's a bigger spacing scale for TailwindCSS

This week’s resource is a special one because it was made by me 🙂. I created an extended spacing scale for Tailwind, following Tailwind’s rule of 4 and it goes up to 200. You can drop it in the `extend` section of your config and you’ll have more available padding/margin/height/width/etc values. I hope you like it!

On Tailwind Made, we just updated our legal/business and e-commerce HTML templates to TailwindCSS v2, among other improvements. Do check them out!

Imagine if you could go to any website, find a section/element you like, and get the approximate tailwind values to code it yourself. Like that idea? Then Windy is for you, the tool is still in its early stages but it looks very promising.

I highly recommend LambdaTest as your cross-browser testing tool, with it you can test on IE11, Safari, and most mobile browsers, it also has a very easy to use interface, it’s very fast, and they have a lot of automated testing features too. You can use coupon code “TAILWIND15” for 15% off the annual plan.
