It's been a busy few weeks for the Tailwind Labs team! We got a new video, a new Tailwind UI update, and the likely release date of TailwindCSS v3! Keep reading to get the details.

We got a new Tailwind UI update. Here's what's they added:

And last but not least we got a tentative V3 release date, quoting Adam:

We're aiming to release v3.0 in the first week of December, so start playing with the alpha release and let us know if you find any issues!

It looks like v3 will also come with new and improved docs based on the ton of sneak peek tweets from @steveschoger.

Let's hope they're able to meet their deadline, it'll be an awesome early Christmas present πŸŽ…!

A Deep Dive Into object-fit And background-size In CSS

I must admit I first saw the use of object-fit in one of the many code-along videos from Adam and I was awed and surprised I didn't hear it sooner, it made working with images so much easier!
